What to Include in Your DMCA Notice

Takedown Process

Once we receive your valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • ✔ Acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
  • ✔ Review the notice to confirm it meets DMCA requirements
  • ✔ Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if appropriate
  • ✔ Notify the user who posted the content

We may also remove multiple instances of the same allegedly infringing content across the site if necessary.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified as infringing, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification that includes:

  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • The URL of the removed content
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
  • Your digital signature
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of a federal court in your area

Repeat Infringer Policy

We respect the rights of copyright owners and comply with the DMCA. As required by law, reminidl.org may, at our sole discretion, terminate the accounts or access privileges of users who are repeat infringers.

Repeated infringement may result in:

  • ✔ Suspension or termination of user accounts
